5) Click OK and, if necessary, Fix to reset the margins. The Word document should

look similar to the gure below.

Creating a Label and Barcode

Design the label in a Word document. Use the following steps to design a barcode.

1) Select the desired Barcode Font/Type.

2) Enter the numbers for the barcode. A barcode will not display on the screen, but is

printed on the label.

3) Set the height of the barcode by adjusting the font size. Use trial and error to ad-

just the size correctly.
